We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day of receiving the request. For custom products please note that the dispatch time will be longer ranging; approximately between 3-5 working days.
It is important to note that time scales may vary during busy periods and orders may take longer to dispatch, we will try our best to notify you if this is the case.
Please Note: Fulfilment times and shipping times are separate, so please factor this in when completing your order.
How long will it take for delivery?
UK Mainland - all postage and delivery consignments are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery unless you have chosen an upgraded delivery service. As a result, you should receive your products within 1-3 working days after dispatch, providing your order is placed before 3:00pm BST. Please be aware that during busy times delivery times may vary this is outside of our control.
United States - for our spiritual community located State Side, we anticipate deliveries to take approximately 7-10 working days. Please be aware that during busy times delivery times may vary this is outside of our control.
Europe and R.O.W (Rest of The World) - deliveries are anticipated to take up to 10 working days from the day of dispatch. Due to border's custom and clearance policies, sometimes this can take a little longer. We will always do our best to work our magic and notify you in such an instance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our spiritual community mean the world to us, so we'll always do our utmost to ensure that you have an out of this world experience with the services and products you are drawn to. So if there are any reasons why you may want to return something you have purchased, we will do everything possible to ensure that this is done for you.
To ensure our community's satisfaction, we offer a 30 day return policy (commencing from the date that the item is received) on a large proportion of the products that we stock.
If for any reason, you need to return an item then please ensure;

you advise whether a refund/replacement is preferred
Once we have the returned products back with us at Spiritual-Is, we'll begin the process of sending a replacement or issuing a refund for you. As great as couriers are, at Spiritual-Is, we're well versed in the mystic arts of the world, so understand that things can mysteriously disappear. Therefore, we do always advise our community to send parcels with either a proof of delivery receipt and/or on a signed for and tracked service, to give us all that peace of mind.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
To protect our community, there are certain items which we are unable to accept returns for. This extends to products such as:
Please note that service based products such as; event tickets; spirit parties; workshops; courses and holistic sessions including Reiki, all have non-refundable deposits should you wish to cancel them for any reason. As the majority of the "event" tickets do not encompass a deposit, the whole price of the ticket will become non-refundable. If there is an opportunity for us to transfer your ticket to another suitable date then we will always try our hardest to make that happen for you.
